Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return window, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • Returned with all original packaging and tags
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions
  • A return shipping label

Please note:
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping & Fees

For approved returns where the item:

  • Is not damaged or defective
  • Was delivered correctly

The following applies:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Rugs (Made-To-Order)

All made-to-order rugs are subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned in original condition.

If a rug is returned and is not damaged or defective:

  • A 25% fee will be deducted from your refund

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Perishable goods (such as plants)
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials

Sale items and gift cards are also final sale and cannot be returned.

If you’re unsure about a specific item, please reach out before purchasing.


Exchanges

To ensure availability, we recommend:

  • Returning your item (if eligible)
  • Placing a new order for the desired item

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider

Furniture Returns

Due to the size, handling, and specialized shipping of furniture items, return policies may differ from standard decor items.

Many of our furniture pieces are made-to-order or sourced from individual vendors, and as a result, return eligibility and restocking fees may vary by item.


Important Considerations

  • Some furniture items may be final sale and not eligible for return
  • Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees
  • Return shipping for furniture is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective
  • Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Furniture

All furniture shipments should be inspected upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Note any visible damage with the delivery driver at the time of delivery
  • Take photos of the packaging and product
  • Contact us within 48 hours

Failure to report damage within this window may impact our ability to file a claim or offer a resolution.


Return Approval Required

Furniture returns must be approved prior to being sent back.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
